Refund and Returns Policy for NitroHato

At NitroHato, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality computer accessories and a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the following terms to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from NitroHato within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned with all accessories, parts, and instructions included.
  • Certain products, including opened software, personalized items, or products marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific return restrictions.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nitrohato.net or call us at (937) 383-6949. Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve our services)

Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item and, if applicable, a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If you are returning an item for any reason other than an error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. NitroHato is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is returned in non-sellable condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return altogether.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your return request to help us process your claim more efficiently.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened software
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital software or codes)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page

8. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. However, if the returned item is found to be in unsellable condition (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we may deduct the cost of the item’s depreciation from your refund.

9. International Returns
