1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) Monday-Friday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited services or orders outside the U.S.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
  • Delivery times may vary and are subject to local customs processing.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier’s website or by logging into your NitroHato account.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any locations where courier delivery is not available.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@nitrohato.net.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your product is either replaced or refunded as needed.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. NitroHato is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
